RULES AND CONDITIONS OF THE SILENT AUCTION

  1. The Silent Auction will begin at 6PM and conclude at 8:15PM. Winning bids will be posted at 8:30PM.
  2. Payment must be made tonight by credit card or check made payable to Encompass New Opera Theater
  3. All Sales are final and there will be no exchange or refund.
  4. Purchasers should not approach donors for a refund or exchange.
  5. Most items must be collected and redeemed within a year. Some items have specific expiration dates or dates of usage. Please contact donor within four weeks to identify yourself as the winning bidder, even if you don't want to use the item until later.
  6. All items have been donated to the auction and are sold "as is". Any questions about the item should be directed to Encompass New Opera Theater and not to the donor.
  7. Encompass New Opera Theater does not assume any risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity of any item.
  8. When you see that you have been the winning bidder, please take the bid sheet to the cashier who will retrieve the item for you.
  9. Payment for an auction items qualifies as a deductible gift only to the extent that it is shown to exceed the fair market value.

This is a rare 1955 out-of-print (1955) album by Charlotte Rae doing material written for her by Sheldon Harnick. It is signed by both Ms. Rae and Mr. Harnick. You can play the CD and preserve the album.
